Ningbo Cosy Houseware Co., Ltd is a joint venture of China and Hong Kong, which founded in 1993. It is specializing in the design and manufacture of household water taps, bathroom and plumbing accessories. ¡¡¡¡The headquarter of Ningbo Cosy Houseware Company is located in Jiangbei Investment Pioneering Park of Ningbo, Zhejiang China which is the junction of the extension of Hangzhou Bay Through Fare and Ningbo Outer Expressway with 10 km away from Ningbo downtown that makes it easily to be accessed.
¡¡¡¡The company has two manufacturing factories in Ningbo with total 25000 square meters: Ningbo Linkware Co., Ltd (No.289 Dong Chang Road) and Ningbo Plating Second Factory (No.814 Huan Cheng North Road). There are 50 technical staffs and 300 skilled workers in company. With effective management and advanced technology in manufacturing, various production shops are established in the factories, including the forging shop, the die casting shop, the cold punch shop, the machining shop, the welding shop, the assembly shop, the shop for dies and moulds, the shop for spraying plastics, and the shop for injecting plastics. Under those well-equipped shops, the company is able to accomplish all kinds of new and difficult production processing such as the hot forging of brass and DR copper, the die-casting of zinc based alloys, laser printing, high quality electro-plating of chromium, nickel, and gold. All processing techniques in the company meet AS/NZS 1192 standard. The company mainly exports the products to Australia and also has established the business relationship in United States, Britain, Germany, South Korea, South Africa, Malaysia and Taiwan. In 2004, the annual export volume of the Company reached eight million US dollars.
¡¡¡¡The products are tested by Australian standard quality control system, PCP06 and have already got the certificate of AS/NZS3718¡¢AS/NZS3688¡¢AS/NZS2845.1 ect. The company is exercising very strict quality control on the entire production process and carrying on the final inspection against AS1199.Besides, we can do many special and difficult inspections such as the spectroscopy quantitative analysis for the amount of Cu, Pb, Al and As in water with taps.
